We do not accept credit cards. PayPal is the preferred method of accepted payment. We will accept cash if you are personally picking up your item. Customers are responsible for local taxes, duties, etc.
Every attempt has been made to photograph each item so that color, transparency, etc. are represented as realistic as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly from the photos and what you see on your screen. Sizes shown for each item are approximate.
If you see an item marked “SOLD” and you would like a similar one, we may be able to make another one for you. However since each piece is one of a kind, the duplicate will be similar but not an exact match. Process time on orders varies and will be provided once we have been contacted.
Some items are extremely fragile and can not be easily shipped and some items require crating because of their size and configuration. These items may require a special delivery service. Please contact us to discuss shipping/delivery costs.
Whenever possible we use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship our products. We will use whichever is least expensive. If your package is damaged on arrival, please photograph the damaged package before opening it. If the contents are also damaged photograph the damage and contact the carrier immdiately. Also contact us asap and send us photos of the damaged package and damaged contents.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of date of delivery. Refunds will be paid to the buyer only and in the same way it was originally paid. If you do need to return an item, please insure it and return it in the same original packaging and mail it to the address on your invoice.
We are diligent to accurately describe and photograph our creations, so return shipping charges are non refundable. Returns on custom work or commissioned works are not accepted or refundable.
